As a recent relocation of my vehicles to Dallas, I am just getting to know the folks at this dealership. I can say unequivocally, that we are off to an impressive start. Their people are very exceptional and my first service experience went off brilliantly and pain free.

I started my journey towards purchasing a Ferrari with Jhanifor back in 2017. Well I finally pulled the plug and purchased my first Ferrari from Jhanifor earlier this month May-2025. I have always found Jhanifor to be extremely knowledgeable about all Ferrari models. She has been very professional and does not hold back on imparting information on any Ferrari good or bad. Even though I am an out of state customer, she always finds time for me. It has been an extreme pleasure interacting with Jhanifor. Furthermore Boardwalk Ferrari is the paragon of a dealership.

Now nearly 7 years and 500 miles away from Boardwalk Ferrari and the dealership and service advisor Paul Frey continue to make the experience easy and efficient. rnc

I just got a car back from service, and I am supremely pleased. It's an older car (1990 year model) so has all the expected quirks from the cars of that era, but wow! This car has never run so smooth since I've had it (2007+) and all of those quirks are far less quirky than they were before (slow windows for example). I have used Boardwalk Service and Paul Frey from day one(2019). The car and myself are now 500 miles away and it is a bit of a chore to get into service but I have never had an issue to use a possibly closer dealership. I can easily recommend the service department if you are not satisfied with your current service center and are within a 500 mile distance or so. I am not sure if they can service all carbureted pre-OBD vehicles but I bet they a resource for those past glorious vehicles and I occasionally catch a glimpse of one ...
