I am a former VP of the FCA and first met the team of Steve Forham and Chris Williams at a national meet at their dealership. They are truly great guys who know their cars. Since then, I've sent my Superamerica and 328 GTS to them for care and have always been very pleased with their work, especially their professionalism. I have used Boardwalk Service and Paul Frey from day one(2019). The car and myself are now 500 miles away and it is a bit of a chore to get into service but I have never had an issue to use a possibly closer dealership. I can easily recommend the service department if you are not satisfied with your current service center and are within a 500 mile distance or so. I am not sure if they can service all carbureted pre-OBD vehicles but I bet they a resource for those past glorious vehicles and I occasionally catch a glimpse of one ...

Boardwalk Ferrari’s Service Department provides consistently professional and customer-friendly advice as well as technically impeccable service to my cars. Most Ferrari owners are used to dealing with other higher-end marques for sales and service, but Boardwalk Ferrari outperforms them all.

I had my car in for a check engine light. The error code was related to a battery cable for the hybrid battery. It turned out that there was not a problem and that all of the codes just needed to be cleared. The service department went through an extensive analysis to make sure that there was not a problem which I appreciated very much. It would have been easy just to clear the code and return the car to me without having gone through such a through process.
My experience at Boardwalk Ferrari was great. Jhanifor helped to customize a new Roma and the entire process was so much fun. What a fun experience!

The good people at Boardwalk Ferrari were kind enough to take my California in at the last minute as it needed it's annual Texas state safety inspection. Then, kept an eye on it for a few days while I was detained by work, with visitors, etc. They even handed it back to me cleaned after this miniscule service, which only entails hooking the car up to an OBDII scanner. Chris Williams handled the whole thing for me. Typical above and beyond service experience that I've come to expect.

I brought my car in for service after having an issue with the battery. Roadside Assistance was terrific, utilizing an enclosed trailer to tow it to the dealership. Chris was absolutely great!
